Follow the onboarding journey prompts, including creating a new 4-digit passcode, email/mobile validation, and entering your details. This course, in line with the Instill Education mission and vision, is designed to support the development of a national pipeline of effective school leaders who are trained and developed in leadership practices and mindsets proven to significantly impact teacher and learner performance within schools, and the broader school community.
Admission requirements: REQV level 14 or above (professional qualification), 3+ years teaching experience, Post Level 2 or above
Completion of course: 120 credits, professional qualification
Through this course, prospective education leaders will learn, amongst other things:
- Leading and Managing Teaching and Learning in the School (18 credits)
- Working within and for the School System (18 credits)
- Leading and Managing the School as an Organisation (18 credits)
- Working with and for the Wider Community (18 credits)

POST-GRADUATE CERTIFICATE
IN EDUCATION FOUNDATION PHASE*
This is a professional teaching qualification that develops focused knowledge and skills as classroom teachers for Grades R to 3. The PGCE (Foundation Phase) takes graduates from a variety of undergraduate degrees and diplomas and provides them with the knowledge, skills and personal attributes needed to operate effectively as teachers in the Foundation Phase.
Admission requirements: Bachelors degree or higher
Completion of course: 130 credits, professional qualification

BACHELOR OF EDUCATION*
Our Bachelor of Education offers a comprehensive course for those interested in becoming educators, either in a foundation, intermediary or senior phase. Our blended learning model allows for in-person study at our Braamfontein campus, as well as learning through our digital platform, Airskill. Our approach ensures practical application with our partner schools of all theory studied in the lecture hall. This is to practically empower candidates for the real-world situations they will experience in the classroom.
